INFINITY Sound and Stage provides professional and affordable services for most needs which not only include sound and lighting equipment, but professional engineering as well.  We also offer quality backline gear such as acoustic drum kit, keyboards, amps, and more.

TERMINOLOGY (the lingo)
Small Venues
Indoor or outdoor venue with an overall area of 10,000 square feet or less
Large Venues
Indoor or outdoor venue with an overall area up to 40,000 square feet
Daily Charge
A fixed amount, per event day, based on the event size
Basic Hourly Rates
Hourly rates apply only to the actual event duration (2 hour minimum)
MLMS
(Multiple Live Music Sets)
More than two separate acts during a performance or event
Backline
Optional performance gear such as a drum kit, keyboard, amps, etc.
Lighting
Stage and/or venue lighting effects which may be active or static


RATE GUIDE
Daily Charge
This fixed "per day" flat-rate charge is based on event size and duration.
$585/event day - Large Venue (up to 40,000 sq. ft.)
$275/event day - Small Venue (up to 10,000 sq. ft.)

Basic Hourly Rates
  The hourly rate is applied only to the actual event duration (2-hour min.).
$175/hr - Large Venue with live music
$125/hr - Small Venue with live music
$100/hr - Large Venue, PA only (no live music)
$75/hr - Small Venue, PA only (no live music)

Hourly Rate Add-ons
MLMS
Multiple Live Music Sets (more than two acts during an event) with complex set changes.
Additional $10/hour
 
BACKLINE
(optional)
For a performance-ready set, our standard backline option includes an acoustic drum kit, keyboard (with stand and bench), and amps.
Premium gear may cost slightly more.
Additional $25/hour
 
ACTIVE LIGHTING
(optional)
Lighting that creates changing scenes and effects on stage is called active, or dynamic, lighting and is engineered by our DMX lighting tech.
Additional $55/hour for Large Venues
Additional $45/hour for Small Venues
  
STATIC LIGHTING
(optional)
Lighting that remains constant during a show is called static, or passive, lighting, which doesn't require a lighting tech.
Additional $25/hour for Large Venues
Additional $20/hour for Small Venues

Mileage
A one-time fee based on the shortest round-trip route between Parsons, KS and the venue.
$0.95/mile

Engineering Only
We no longer offer an "Engineering Only" service.
Occasionally, equipment that we were required to work with would be sub-par for one reason or another, which resulted in us swapping-in our own equipment, without additional compensation.
 
INFINITY Sound and Stage will only transport, set-up, take down, engineer, and service equipment that we own or control.


This guide doesn't include staging, seating or other custom option costs.
